Our towel laundry service is a complete solution: we pickup your used towels from your business, thoroughly wash and dry them using our commercial laundry equipment. Our team then fold the towels, and deliver them back to you on a day that works for you.
If you already have towels, we can provide our wash, dry fold laundry service with your existing stock. However, if you prefer that we supply towels, we can arrange that too.
If you’d prefer that we provide the towels for you, we usually require that you commit to our towel service for a 12-month term.
We charge for towel laundry by weight. Pricing starts at $5 per kilogram of laundry, with an 8 kg minimum per pickup.
We offer discounted rates for larger volumes or more frequent pickups. You’ll receive a clear quote up front, and there are no surprise fees – pickup and delivery are already included in the price.
We will work with you to create a delivery schedule to ensure that you always have clean, fresh towels that are ready for your customers to use.
We currently serve businesses in the Melbourne CBD and inner northern suburbs. If you’re unsure whether your location falls in our range, just ask – we focus on the inner north, but we may be able to accommodate nearby suburbs.
We believe in flexibility. If you are supplying your towels, you do not have to commit to a contract. You’re free to adjust or pause the service with reasonable notice.
The only exception is if we are supplying the towels for you – in that case, we require a commitment (usually 12 months) to cover the cost of stocking and replacing the towels. Otherwise, you can enjoy our services contract-free.
