In our case, we collect your towels from your premises, wash them in commercial-grade equipment, dry them, fold them, and return them to you ready for use. You keep using your own towels, and we handle the labour, the machines, the detergent, and the transport.

We launder your existing towels rather than renting you a pooled stock. Your towels come back to you, which matters if your towels carry your branding, match your fit-out, or have been chosen for a particular weight or feel. Rental services return whatever comes out of the shared pool, which is a different arrangement with different trade-offs.

Our service starts from as little as $5 per kilo with an 8 kg minimum, and frequency and volume discounts are available. Pricing by weight rather than by item keeps costs predictable when your volumes move week to week, which they will if your business is seasonal or appointment-based.

Compare on a per kilo basis first, then check what sits outside that figure. Confirm whether collection and delivery are included or billed separately, whether a minimum charge applies per pickup, what volume the discount tiers start at, and what the turnaround is. A low headline rate with delivery stacked on top often lands higher than an all-inclusive rate that looked more expensive at first glance.
