We make things easy by managing the whole process. From installation, servicing and maintenance of the laundry equipment. Upon receiving an enquiry, our team will then work with you to assess the best mix of machines for your building.
To ensure we can provide the best service we will set a price per wash based on the size of the building and estimated usage. The income generated from the machines covers the cost of machines, servicing and maintenance when required.
Servicing and maintenance of the laundry equipment
Nina’s Laundrette handles all the service and maintenance of the laundry equipment we provide. When servicing or maintenance of the laundry equipment is required, residents can notify us directly and will attend to the machine at no charge.
We provide signage when we install the washers and dryers with our contact details and a QR code. This will allow residents to log maintenance requests and our team can attend to the issue as soon as possible.
All maintenance requests will be attended to by a qualified laundry equipment technician from an authorised equipment supplier
