1. Return to the laundromat as soon as possible to check if your laundry is still in the machine.
2. If your clothes are missing, check the designated lost and found area inside the laundromat, where unattended laundry is often placed.
3. If you cannot find your items, contact our staff or call the customer support number listed on-site. While we do not take responsibility for unattended laundry, we will do our best to assist you in locating your items.
4. To prevent this situation in the future, we recommend setting a timer on your phone so you can return to the laundromat before your wash or dry cycle finishes.

We encourage all customers to be respectful of others’ laundry by not removing clothes from machines unless absolutely necessary. If a machine has been left unattended for an extended period, please inform a staff member or place the items in the designated lost-and-found area.
