Reliable commercial laundry equipment
Our Laundromat has a wide variety of Dexter commercial washing machines and dryers, ranging from smaller 9kg washing machines for small loads all the way up to 27kg washing machines that can easily clean your doona.
Our machines take laundry powder or liquid, you are more than welcome to bring your own from home or purchase some from our vending machine when you arrive.
Pay for your laundry using card or coins
You have the option to pay by cash, debit or credit credit. To pay by card, head to the Bubblepay kiosk located at the back of our store and tap the screen to get started. Alternatively, scan the QR code on the washing machine or dryer and follow the prompts to pay.

Our x-large capacity dryers are perfect for drying doonas and other bulky items. Larger dryers allow for more space for washing to move around, meaning a shorter drying time.

Below are the questions our customers ask most often about paying by card, joining the Wash Club, and getting help when a machine plays up.
Head to the Bubblepay kiosk at the back of our store and tap the screen to get started. Alternatively, scan the QR code on the washing machine or dryer you want to use and follow the prompts to pay. Both options take debit and credit cards, so there is no separate laundry card to buy, load, or keep track of.
Yes. Our Bubblepay kiosk accepts contactless debit and credit card payments, so you can tap and go without carrying cash. Coins and cash are still accepted if you prefer them, which means nobody gets turned away at the door.
No. Older laundromat systems require you to buy a reusable plastic card and load credit onto it before every wash. Ours does not. You pay directly with your own debit or credit card at the kiosk or by scanning the QR code on the machine. If you would prefer to hold credit in advance, you can preload your Nina’s Wash Club account instead, which also earns you a bonus.
Coin machines need you to arrive with the right change, they jam, and they cap how much you can spend in one visit. Card payment removes all of that. There is no change to source before you leave home, no coin slot to jam, and no cash sitting in a machine overnight, which makes the store safer for everyone. Card systems also make loyalty programs and preloaded credit possible, neither of which works with coins.
At Nina’s, price depends on machine size. Our 9 kg front loaders run at $6 for an express cycle or $7 for a super cycle, with a 24 minute cycle time. Larger 13 kg, 18 kg, and 27 kg machines are priced accordingly, and the 27 kg washer handles a doona comfortably. Full pricing for every machine is listed in the equipment section above.
